Meta of Time provides digital marketing solutions, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising management, website design and development, and related consulting services. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis, with deliverables and reports provided digitally.

2. Payment Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Services are billed monthly in advance.

  • Currency: All prices are listed and charged in EUR (€).

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected]. Once a billing cycle has commenced, we do not offer partial refunds for services rendered during that period.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you have concerns about our services, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are committed to addressing any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and access required to perform the agreed-upon services, including but not limited to:

  • Access to Meta Business Manager and Ad Accounts

  • Website hosting credentials

  • Branding assets (logos, images, content)

Failure to provide these materials in a timely manner may impact the delivery and effectiveness of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meta of Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results from our advertising or website services, as outcomes can vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by Meta of Time during the provision of services shall remain the property of Meta of Time until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party materials or licenses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
